At a recent community event I was asked by a prospective patient, "What makes you different from other dental practices?"
I responded by relaying some of our core tenants, but his question stayed with me and encouraged me to come up with a better answer, one that truly conveys what makes us unique in a sea of Greenville dentists.
First, here's our mission in 20 seconds
At LADD FAMILY DENTAL we exist to serve those in and around our local community by providing excellent, tailored dental care in a compassionate, professional way. We also exist to be a difference maker in our community and in the lives of those we serve.
I believe what sets us apart is our goal of being difference makers in our community and in the lives of our patients, and I believe the way we accomplish that is through our people. I believe we have the best team, each of them possessing character of the highest degree and hearts full of more love and genuine care than you'd think possible. From our hygienists to assistants to management, everyone here is focused on taking care of you. That's the standard. Most days we meet that standard with flying colors. The days we fall short, we learn, grow and move forward with the hope of consistently getting better.
In short, the team at Ladd Family Dental is what makes us different. We invest in our space, technology and feel of our practice, but none of these things compare in value to that which you'll receive by being cared for by our team.
